I had been a customer of the O2 DSL internet for 3 years. Currently I have moved from Germany to India. Before returning to India, I have submitted the O2 box to the Hamburg Telefonica address in December,18. I am told or I thought to be told by the customer support that this would be sufficient for the contract termination. From India I tried the hotline number and Chat many times, but failed to contact everytime. My contract has not still been terminated and I am still being charged for not using the O2 internet. Please tell me what should I do to immediately terminate the contract. If you are kind enough to contact me personally please write me in my registered email id. Thanks in advance.

yes you can cancel the contract. Up to the Tarif it is quickly or in three months.
1.) What Tarif you have. 24 month or 4 weeks contract? (4 weeks contract have FLEX in the tariff name)
2.) Hope you have already the de registration paper from the authority that you have leave Germany. O2 need a copy from.
You must send a sign paper with you old landline number or customer number, that you cancel your contract because have left Germany. Than you must pay 3 months and O2 leave you out of the contract. If you have a flex tariff only cancel your contract. Much quicker.
3.) hope you have the DHL receipts that you bring the router to the post office. If not it can been a problem to and you must pay for the router.

The contract is "DSL Classic S Flex" with "no minimum contract period".
I need to find the dhl receipt. The other docs needed are with me.
Should I send them a hardcopy of all the docs? Can I fax them?
Can you provide me the exact address or fax number for sending the docs. Is it possible to get an acknowledgement for the communication and the status of my request for contract termination afterwards.

Here you find all information Cancel O2 Contract unfortunately I don’t know if you can reach the 01805 fax service number from India. Did you remember the old ADSL landline phone number from your contract? Did you can already access to your O2 service account there you can check your bills?
