Contract fee refund

Hello,

Before 08.07.2022 I have been using the Monthly cancelable contract, where I was paying 29.9 Eur monthly.

On 08.06.2022, I had a call with O2 representative and I decided to switch on 2 year contract, now I have to pay 19.9 Eur (At least for the first year).

Today, I recieved an invoice that 100.65Eur will be paid from my bank account

Please see attached screenshot below.

Why is there 23.99 Eur from previous contract? It was cancelled on 12.07.2022

The new contract started on 08.07.2022, so during the 4 days technically I had 2 active contracts, but why 23.99 Eur?

 

About the Einmalgebühren (Contract fee?), I was told on the above mentioned call, that it will be refunded back to my account, as I already have an active contract and it will be just "transfered / changed” to the new one.

Do I have to write some special letter to request the refund or it will be automatic?
