LTE coverage dropped from the start of august

Hello, I have an o2 phone tariff. Since the start of august, the coverage of 3g and LTE has dropped significantly. So much that my phone automatically switches to Edge network because for 3g and LTE I don't get any signals at all. This has started to happen only inside my office building and my home building.

My office is near Bergmanstraße 71, 10691 Berlin and my house is near Adressen entfernt - o2_Kurt.

I checked on o2 live check for both of these addresses, it is showing that there is a tower problem and that it will be resolved soon. But that status has been there for almost a month. Does anyone else face these issues? Anyone from O2 can tell me what's wrong with the towers and how long will it take to fix them?

Hello there!

The repairs are still ongoing. As of now, half of the station are queued to be back online on Tuesday. We´ve no further information for the rest of the stations, the reason for the outage is not available to us in this case. :(
Please let us know if the repairs helped to fix a few of the problems.
