i bought a unlimited data but its not working

I have a plan every month 35gb but this week we use so much this week because we are in vacation, i decide to take a a plan the unlimited data for 1 month but when i reach the 35gb the unlimited data didnt work can someone help me to fix this problem

 I bought a extra 20gb because the unlimited data not working to me😢

Hi ​@Bryan1991 ,

I’ve checked your account and I do see the o2 my Data Unlimited Pack in your contract, but not on the network side of things. I’m letting our tech department know about this, so they can hopefully fix it in time for you. I’m not able to reset your volume back to zero, I’, afraid. Sorry for the inconvenience!

​@Bryan1991 Our technical department is still working on setting up the Unlimited Option. However, we can now add options again, so I was able to book a free data pack to bridge the gap.
This way, you can surf without worries for now.

​@Bryan1991 I have already booked the option. The data volume (200 GB) is now available to you free of charge.
