Unavailable at Site for internet installation and activation

I have an appointment for installation and activation of DSL connection on 12 July 2021. Due to personal emergency I will be unavailable at the site. I need to reschedule the appointment. Please let me know, the way to reschedule the installation of the DSL connection.

Hello @04Ajay, welcome to our o2 community :-)

Sometimes unplanned circumstances require rescheduling apointments already made.

In cases like this I strongly recommend to get in touch with our customer service either via phone or WhatsApp or Chat since this is a quite urgent matter that need a communication in realtime. Unfortunately that is something that we can not promise here in our o2 communtiy :-/

I hope you were already able to reschedule the apointment and have it moved to a date that is better fitting :-)
