More than 2 months Internet issue with HomeSpot

  I have started to use for HomeOffice the HomeSpot with ‘O2 my Data Spot Unlimited Online’ around a year

I have never have seen promissed speed (225Mbps) but situation even worser last 2 months, the connection interupted, lost completly, specially during online meeting session, people do not able to hear me and I do not hear them.

I did some investigation and find out that nearby there are a base station with Cell ID: 5175555

It has pretty strong signal but almost no internet just fresh picture:

even the ping is timeouting.

Our work is havely depends from internet and this issue requires imediate solution.

Hi @aramkh ,

 

the mentioned limit is communicated as maximum possible speed, i.e.”up to 225 Mbit/s”, not as a given standard for every connection, I’m afraid.

The issue regarding video conference services has been resolved last week.

The LTE-node you´ve mentioned is still under a heavy amount of workload, which can cause the named connection issues.

 

Out technical department will work on that node in the next few days, which will hopefully bring back some stability.
