Login-Problem mit Mein O2 Account


Добрый день, 

Я обращаюсь к вам, потому что уже неделю не могу войти в свой аккаунт My O2. При попытке входа постоянно получаю сообщение об ошибке.

Не могли бы вы проверить, не заблокирован ли мой аккаунт, и помочь мне восстановить доступ?

What kind of contract do you have with o2, and is it active?

I have a mobile phone contract (term contract) with O2. Yes, the contract is active and I use it.

Then log in using your phone number as your username.

Unfortunately, after I try to log in, I get this text: 

Die eingegebene Rufnummer/E-Mail-Adresse oder das Kennwort ist nicht korrekt. Bei mehreren falschen Versuchen wird der Login automatisch gesperrt. 

I don't know what could be the problem, I tried to log in from the computer, but it didn't help.

What exactly is the error message you're getting?

I've been getting this error for a week, I used to go to O2 quietly, and a week ago I couldn't log in without obvious reasons. Unfortunately, I can't log in via SMS, and I can't log in via the contract number, because I reissued the contract and the data was not saved.

I used your link to register, selected this item, but it redirects me back to the login tab, where I can't log in.

Yes, the same problem persists, they ask me to enter my contract number, but unfortunately, I don't have it in printed and electronic form, so I recently reissued it.

When asked about the PKK, you still haven't verified your email address; otherwise, a different form of authentication would be requested. Wait until you have the four-digit code, then try again.
