YOUR SHIPMENT COULD NOT BE DELIVERED


Dear O2,

I received a mail today saying DHL could not deliver my order. And the order has been sent back to 02. Please confirm why this is the case. 

Background: I ordered a Samsung tab S8 5G earlier and when this was delivered, I returned the product unopened and ordered for the Samsung tab S8+ instead.
 

Do I have to reorder again?

Were you able to see the reason why your order could not be delivered? Is it possible that your bell plate came off or something similar?
Of course I'm really sorry about that, I can understand that it's very annoying. If the package is sent back to o2, then it will be returned in full. That means you would have to order again.

Thank you for your feedback.

Unfortunately I wasn’t given any reason and I have been home the entire week.

I do not know why the product had to be returned. I can also confirm my bell plate is well fixed to my post box. Anyway I’m just hoping the next order won’t be same.

Also regards the refunds, 02 confirmed the return of the 1st order on Monday but I have still not received any information on timelines for the refunds.

I'm sorry, sometimes it's just not understandable why different deliveries don't arrive. It was the case for me too, although everything was there, just as it was for you - doorbell plate, etc.
I really hope that the next delivery will really arrive. 🌷

But your address is stored correctly?
