Hi i talked with o2 service about my xiaomi handy of payment en 4 months but i didnt got any news

Could you please tell us in more detail what it's all about? What do you mean by a payment of 4 months and what information are you missing?

I was paying my handy monthly but i clicked by mistake in full payment. I called departmants of o2 and i got new deal with them paying it in 4 months plan

Kundennummer: xxxxx97 but i didnt got any news i called them 12 may

Too bad that you applied for this by mistake. So you were in contact with the billing department? Great, that you were able to work it out with them. What other information do you need? You are welcome to call them again and ask.
