Wrong sim card personal details

Hallo O2 community. Please help.
​​​​​​I bought a prepaid simcard without a contract one month ago together with my friend. I went to the website to recharge my credit and found that the seller had registered my sim card in my friend's name. I called on O2 last Friday and had them update bank details, only to find that they added my friend's details not mine. So everything in my account reads my friend's details except my email. Help please

How did the registration process work? If your friend has provided the appropriate documents, only he can be registered there.
