Wrong prepaid Recharge done


Dear O2,

 

   I purchased a new O2 SIM last week and after activation it showed a credit of 9.99 EUR. However unable to understand this, since i thought the package will be auto activated  and used internet once without activating packages. So I was charged .90 cents.  I did a 15 EUR top up today and then tried to order a Pack o2 my Prepaid S kostet 9,99 € via mein O2 app.

After top-up immediately, I received a message of my Prepaid S package activation and a contract too. But then i saw that my balance in app was further deducted with 9.99 EUR and an additional pack “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L” also wrongfully got activated with it. 

 

My issue is I did not order this “Prepaid Data Pack L” and due to this 9,99 EUR was wrongfully deducted from my balance. Since I have not used this pack , Please help reverse this pack and return my balance in the app.
