Wrong Bill - Charged for data usage outside EU although I was never abroad!

There is no need to be abroad it is enough to be near the frontier of a country like Switzerland (no member of EU) to arise the costs. Could you exclude the fact being nearby?

I see. It looks like I got confused between the landgroup1 that’s being offered by other provider (includes Switzerland) and your wz1. I would stick with other providers as it is more fair to be nearby ;)
