WOW Serien Monatsabo bei O2

Hi

It has been two months that an extra 9.99 euro for the WOW Serien Monatsabo bei O2 is added to my mobile bill. I don’t know what it is and I do not use it. How can I unsubscribe it? 
I don’t want to pay for this anymore…

    Hello @Helloallof youathome,

    to change any options in your tariff is quite easy. You can eitehr use the “Mein o2” area on our online portal or you can use our Mein o2 App on your smartphone. 

    Under “Tarif & Optionen” you will find activated options in your tariff. After clicking on “Details” you will find the “Option abbestellen” button which lets you cancel the “WOW Serien Monatsabo” :-)
