Widerruf / what can I do

It has been very hard to understand how you operate. I cancelled my contract after the agreed 24 months, asked for the number to be made pre paid SIM, which didnt happen - the number was cancelled. I was then told I needed to set up a new contract, which I did- only to receive a new number, which I dont want and have been trying to cancel. I have now been to one of your shop, called 3 of your service numbers and noone can help me widerruf this contract I dont need. 

 

Its really not clear. Can someone help?

unfortunately, I have to inform you that porting from an o2 postpaid contract to an o2 prepaid tariff is not possible.
Do I understand correctly that you have now signed a completely new contract? And did you conclude it in a shop or online?
If you took out the contract online, you can cancel it within 14 days. However, if the contract was concluded in a shop, you unfortunately have no right of cancellation, as you signed it yourself in the shop.
