widerruf homespot postpaid O2 EKL

Auftragsnummer lautet: WSFCxxxxxxxx. I have applied the Rücksendung  and sent my sim card to the address provided by the Retourenschein. Can I ask that the O2 will send me a new card , and when will they give me the new card? And the activiation data is 1.06, does it mean begin to pay for te internet fees?( I donnot buy the reouter)

Hello, I am not sure the sent back the sim card with the Retourenschein means they can sent me another one new card? I do not know where can I get a new one.

Why did you send the SIM back and why should o2 send you a new one?

I mistake the the mistake the Retourenschein. How can I get back then? Thank you a lot. I donot how to do next.

You can either follow Bollerman's advice

Not yet. Sorry to interrupt you. I have receivers the the e-mail “wir haben Ihre Rücksendung mit der Auftragsnummer WSFC42958440 bearbeitet und akzeptiert. ” Can I ask that , I have send the SIM card back, could I also cancel the contract of the O2 homespot?  I found the internet in my room is not so good.

Hello @jiaqi xu,

as already mentioned you can cancel contracts within 14 days of signing them.
Therefore you need to send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de with your details, the account number and so on.

as already mentioned you can cancel contracts within 14 days of signing them.
Therefore you need to send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de with your details, the account number and so on.

Thank you for your reply. Here is the mail “Ihre o2 Auftragsbestätigung” . My Auftrag begin on 14 th December. I am not sure the date of sign. Is it mean I pass the date of sign to cancel it? Can I further ask that , the Rückerstattung means I cancel the contract?

Thank you for your reply. However, I have sent the home spot SIM card back. It doesn’t work in my room. And I have received the letter from O2. They have received the things I sent to them. What should I do next? I have no card. And I do not use the homespot. Regards

Can I ask my Traif position? I have sent back the homespot sim card before the deadline. I have no card right now. The O2 have check the things and agree to  the Rücksendung .  And I follow Jessica to send an e-mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de . I am not sure the contract will be cancelled or not ? Please give me some help. please….

Dear @jiaqi xu ,

returning a SIM card does not trigger anything, because SIM cards do not have to be returned. Even the confirmation of receipt of the returned SIM card has no influence on the duration of the contract you have concluded. A valid revocation within 14 days after conclusion of the contract (i.e. by December 28th 2021 at the latest) to our email address widerruf@cc.o2online.de would have resulted in a revocation of the contract. However, you have not sent us a cancellation by then.
You can order an exchange SIM card online under My o2 so that you receive a new SIM card for your contract.

Thank you for your reply. Is the another one SIM card  not free? How much money should I pay for that? Because the SIM card doesn’t work in my room. I think it is not my problem. Can I cancel my contract insistently,  how much penalty   should I pay for that?Regards
