Why should I pay 40,63 euro after getting my sim?

I got my SIM on 04.11.2025. My plan is O2 Mobile Unlimited Smart Online. As far as I know, I only have to pay 19,99 euros per month. Now I have an invoice where I have to pay 40,63 euros. why is that? Is it for the first-time connection cost? If yes, then is my monthly cost of 19,99 also included here? Or is it for the first time connection? I am really confused.

    Moin Moin,

    take a Look to the 2nd side there you should see the single position of the invoice. 
    And yes normally you pay the activation fee + the first monthly fee.
