Hello, Good time

I have an “O2 Free L Boost Online (LTE/5G)” contract.
My bill is €31.99 per month. But my last invoice is 35.89 euros.
I checked the invoice details but I don't understand why it is expensive.

Please tell me the reason for the price increase.

I was happy to take a look at your bill. Apparently a discount expired on December 5th, 2023, as the contract term of 24 months is over.

Would you like us to make you an offer for a contract extension with new discounts? Or should the contract continue as it is or would you like to terminate it?

About 120 GB per month is enough for me.

A little lower or higher is not a problem. (For example, 100 GB or 140 GB)

I have now sent you a new offer for the o2 Mobile L tariff with 70 GB data volume.
The multicards are not included in this tariff and cost an extra €4.99 per month. 
If you want to continue using the Multicard, then a Boost tariff is better, as this tariff includes the Multicards free of charge. 
If you no longer want to use the Multicard, you can deactivate it at any time and the costs will be cancelled.
