I have ordered an IPhone 14 Pro Max back in March, which was apparently cancelled by but I haven’t yet received the initial payment that was deducted from my account till this day.can you please help with getting it back?

I am sorry, but it was debited but hasn’t been refunded since the order was cancelled. I meant, it was debited.


Oh i´m sorry for the missunderstanding @Wish_br. I checked it again and couldn't find any payment. Where and how did you pay it?

It was deducted from my IBAN directly.

I looked at the bookings for the smartphone. The amount has been refunded to the account that the payment came from and should have reached you 4 weeks after the cancellation. Please let me know if you found it.

I have looked into my transactions and couldn’t find any refunds deposited!

have you possibly paid with PayPal? We had an error there that the payments could not be refunded, but this is now fixed and the payments should be made soon.

I'm sharing it again because you moved the comment I shared here before to a different post.  Until my problem is solved, I'll continue to comment under the posts of people who have the same problem as me.  You are making fun of your customers.

When I wrote about the subject before, the answer I got was that my money would be returned within 14 days, but sometimes this period could take 3-8 weeks. And they have officially been holding 235 euros for more than one month. 

I needed it urgently when I wanted to order a new phone a month ago. However, at the moment, I neither have a new phone nor a very useful money when buying a new phone. It is a very bad impression for such a big company and this situation definitely needs to be reported. 

I just want to know, when I get my money back?"

As long as I remember the amount was deducted directly from my account. Anyhow, I it’s been so long since I waited for the refund and I hope it works this time soon.

Could you please check your bank account again? There is currently no open balance to be seen. Please go back a couple of weeks in your listing. Is there a possibility that you missed it?
