why every time O2 reject my application to be client

More then 2 years my aplications to make a contract with O2 we're rejected every time. Due Bank Problem or Something Else was a reason told me Guys. But i have 4 contract with other mobile company and also many time checkt with bank for any problem or issued, they didnt found anything. So why still reject me? Due i am not German? Just your company do that.

The criteria for our credit check are not open to us here, but you ask them in your case via letter to our colleagues responsible at: Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG. Kundenbetreuung, 90345 Nürnberg

I am already ask via E-Mail, 3 weeks past and doesnt have any reply.

The colleagues who are replying e-mails also have no insight into the reasons for a rejection due to our credit check, ​@obic6312.

For reasons of data security request can be sent by letter only.

It is of course not just o2 that perform credit checks. You not being German is not the reason (that would be discrimination), but if you have not been in Germany long it might affect your credit status and o2 may judge you to be a higher risk at the moment.

Are you trying to buy a phone? If so, maybe try just taking out a mobile contract and buying the phone elsewhere. o2 sells phones with payment in installments and these credit arrangements can be what  causes the order to be rejected.

There is no email address for customer services, so use the contact form for electronic communication. For your issue, however, it is only possible to submit a request on writing.

I was try to make contract more then 2 years with O2 and was rejected ,then i was made 4 contract for my all Family with Other mobile company without any problem.

So before 2 Monts  i was decide to make new contract with O2 again but result was Same rejected. 3 weeks ago again try to make contract result was Same rejected. Then try online buying again rejected due financial reason. Then i was check mit my Bank and nothing wrong. I thing your company decide by where from i came, so you are right that is discrimination.

It is not my company, I am just a customer. If you can prove the rejection is based on your nationality you can take action against o2 for discrimination.

Your bank cannot tell you if there is anything wrong as o2 cannot and does not ask your bank for information, and your bank cannot know what criteria o2 bases it's decision on. These are automatic decisions so send letter and maybe o2 will reconsider. They are, however, under no obligation to enter into a contract with you and thus can be for any reason.

@obic6312 bs0 wrote good explanations, discrimination is not allowed and I concur that it might be a good action to send a letter to the colleagues responsible so that they can check the credit-check decision for you and get back to you about it.
