Why did O2 withdraw money for mobile internet if I still have more than 30 Gb of prepaid internet traffic

Hello,

I am customer of O2 for more than 3 years.

This month I changed my tariff to Prepaid M. I made it on 03.03.2026. But on 12.03.2026 O2 withdraw additional money (1.49 euro) for mobile Internet. I checked that I still have more than 30Gb of prepaid Internet traffic (in total I have 40Gb per 4 weeks on my tariff).

I tried to communicate with O2 staffs but hot-line phone numbers are always busy or they are in charge of only post-paid tariffs.

Does someone know why O2 withdraws money for unknow reason and whom to claim about this issue?

@a223344 Was a technical problem at o2. You will get automatically refund the 1,49 Euro.

When will I get this automatic refund? It looks like O2 is not in hurry to fix this problem. There are 2 weeks since this withdraw but money have not been refunded.
