Why am I still paying even though I have cancelled my contract months ago

Hi o2,

I have cancelled my contract for my Mobile phone number, WiFi and TV contracts. I cancelled because I moved countries.

I am unsure as to why a new 25 euro payment is coming out in my bank account.

Now that my phone number has been cancelled I cant access my o2 information and I am completely blind right now.

Did you succeed cancelling the contract by following the instructions Bumer gave you?
