Why am I charged 10Euro twice in a single day?


My prepaid account shows the balance of 10.06 Euro already and still I am being charged 10 Euros twice . Why ? That too twice in a single day. What extra service is being provided by O2 to be charged like this? And why ????

Enter Mein o2 and than click here: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/auf-ab-buchungen

Here you will see your top-ups and the usage of your credit. If you don*t see any records than click on the page, check the marker and confirm your selection: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/evn-einstellen

After that click on the first link again.

After that click on the following link to go to the main page of Mein o2: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/uebersicht

You will see here “Übersicht der letzen 6 Monate”. A new window will open. Can you post the entries too?

 

Do you entered your bank details in Mein o2 to use “Lastschriftverfahren”?

You  selected which cases your credit will top-up automatically?

If your balance is under 4 Euro?

Top-up every selected day in a month?

Top-up your credit when your balance is insuffent for booking a package?

These are the details I can see. I did not choose automatic Data-loop. I dont even want it. There’s no option of cancelling it on website. 

To cancel booked package click on this link: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/tarifdetails

Now you will see a list with all packages you can book.

Beside on non booked package you will see the button “Bestellen”

Beside on booked package you will see the button “Abbestellen”

To cancel a booked package press Abbestellen and on the next page you have the choose “Sofort” (immiditaly) or “Abbestellen zum Laufzeitende” (cancel to the end of the running time of the package)

Select “Abbestellen zum Laufzeitende” and the package will no more renewed.

 

To cancel the automatic top-up click on the link: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/automatische-aufladung

Remove all markers and confirm the changes with “Speichern”

 

 I dont see any option for cancelling “data loop” tariff.  So weird. 
When I click “Change tariff” it say : 
“Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change tariffs via "My O 2 ". Please use the tariff manager via * 107 # on your mobile phone to change the tariff you want.” 

 

But question is why am I charged for this? I did not choose it.

Ok I see you are using a translator.

Data Loop (Datenautomatik) is an option for older packages (i.e. O2 All-in15) to extend Internet use at high speed. This option no longer affects you.

An o2 employee can cancel this option.

Other than that yes it was really helpful. I have unchecked the check and I will be changing my service provider just to be sure .
