My SIM card (pre-paid) stopped working after a few days.

How exactly do I order a replacement card?

Both card and devices used has been tested okay, card is NOT functional.

what kind of error message is displayed when you have the SIM card in your mobile phone? Have you ever tried the SIM card in another mobile phone? Does the error also occur there?
