where is my order

So 9.11 i ordered homespot M, i did get email with order number. Now is 15.11 and I didn't know: 1)where is my order? 2)why it take so long to deliver it? 3)why I can't any of information online? Chat is not available, whatapp doesn't work. I want to be your customer, but I can't because of your incompetent

I welcome you in our English Community. Nice that you decided to order a HomeSpot-contract with o2. 

Normally, you will get a sim-card within 5 working-days. Nothing arrived yet? Did you check the delivery address?

Did you order the HomeSpot-contract with the HomeSpot-router?
