Hello,I have already spoken 5 times to customer service on the phone and what happened?Nothing!

In my phone's bill of August 2024, I have charged €130.10 (that was over €61.14 as my contract). I have called to customer service via hotline and they said: I have used mobil's internet outside of EU in 15 Jul 2024 and 18 Jul 2024 with price 61,14€.But from 8 Jul to 22 Jul 2024 I had holiday in Spain (Gran Canaria and Mallorca).I have explained and the customer service understood after recheck .The customer service said :I will received the refund (61.14€) in my bank account on September 9th or phone's bill September .But now nothing!

I will have the credit booking checked again by the relevant department.

In principle, such calculations cannot actually be created on their own. Did you perhaps travel through countries that are not part of the EU (e.g. Switzerland or Andorra)?
