What to do if I was scammed for 10 Euro in O2 shop?

This is my Google.Maps review, which currently in review by Google: Beware of a possible "activation" scam, for example, I ordered a prepaid SIM card for 9.99 euros, but they charged me 20 euros, they asked 10 euros for "activation", which you can do yourself in a few minutes online, don't they get paid for this, that they have to do such things? Also they don't print receipts.
 

@o2_Giulia Thank you, still, they making company bad reputation, I can’t imagine how many people get scammed each day here, and many problems:

1)Wrong position on Google.maps(seems like someone made it intentionally so people won’t find it, I made edit to actual position few times but it keep staying here, and my Google review removed all the time).

2)Many 1-star bad reviews, so people even still find it and make them.

3)No stickers with prices for anything like in real shops, you can get 30 Euro prepaid SIM and pay 20 more because there will be harder “activation” or something like that, easy to made up any “service”.
Same for contracts, they make “discounts” for “today only” and have “each day new prices”, that what they said.

4)No receipts, they can only make handwrite one, but it means nothing, no transaction(so taxes may be avoided too, which maybe same for “activation” and other possible “services”.

Store address: Ollenhauerstraße 6, 81737 München, Germany, you can see it on “receipt” too.

And workers non-native Germans of course, but don’t they get salary? Why make people pay for services if it’s literally their job to help them.

If you would like to have fun go to the Finanzamt with note paper, and tell them that you get this as a bill.

@SegoItCh It o2 partner shop from this firm down. I think it was an extra income (illegal) from the shop personal.

How many should it be exactly? Please do not conclude from your (very annoying) case and avoid polemics if you expect help. Nobody here in the forum can do anything about it, but many will be helped (if possible). I am sure that you will be helped and followed up.

I have double checked it, that's not correct. The package o2 Prepaid S is still booked for your prepaid card.

Have you looked it up in the Mein o2 App?

@o2_Giulia current month - yes, but tariff for next month is O2 Loop on both site and mobile App, I double checked too

So, I topped up my account for 15 Euros and as expected I did not received my prepaid Tarif, instead I got 15 Euro service for only calls when with my Tarif I have both calls and 6gb of interned, it's just unbearable quality of services

your o2 My Prepaid S pack was deactivated on August 20th. so there is not automatic booking.

You booked a new o2 My Prepaid S Pack, but the credit was to low, that’s why it could not be activated.

I have now booked the pack for you once free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. In future, please make sure to unload in good time so that the pack can re-book itself.

You have to confirm the SMS you have received, otherwise the pack will not be booked.

@o2_Andrea I answered “Ja” to SMS, but it said that I have to top up my balance again to get it, my problem is that I topped up my balance for 15 Euro 18.09.2023, and it gave me only unlimited calls for 15 Euro instead Unlimited calls + 6GB of data like I got when I bought SIM card.

Our prepaid programme doesn't really want it right now, so I can't check, but hope it has now worked.
