I want to transfer my prepaid mobile number to Vodafone.

 

What is the procedure, what should I do?

Hallo @alexeime ,

 

deine Prepaidnummer ist hiermit zur Portierung freigegeben und kann von deinem neuen Anbieter übernommen werden. Die Portierungserklärung ist 60 Tage gültig.

Bitte achte auch darauf, dass du ausreichend Guthaben auf deinem Prepaidkonto hast, die Portierung wird dir mit 24,95 EUR berechnet.

    Hello @o2_Andrea ,

    Vodafone notified me that they got a reply from o2 that my phone number has not been released yet.

    Could you check why?

    Hi @alexeime,

    your prepaid phone number is currently released to be transferred to a new provider, this is valid until 27th January 2020.

    It may be that the porting order was delayed because until a few days ago, your account was missing the 24.95 EUR that will be deducted as the porting fee once the transfer has been successful.

    As of now, your account is charged with the right amount and the phone number is ready to be transferred.

    welcome to our community. Pleasure to meet you. 

    Please call our customer service to set an opt-in for releasing the phone number. 

    Afterwards you can go and fill in the porting form of your new provider. It takes up to ten days until you number is ported.
