What a trouble is it hapening ?

hey guys I am running in trouble for 2days. I only applied for number transfering to O2 but after this my sim has been locked. I spent almost a day to make it unlocked. today in the morning It has got unlocked but after unlock one hour later I got a message says " Guten tag, Ihr/e o2 prepaid m wurde beendet. Ihr o2 team which means your prepaid terminated!!!!!! ” 

How to get some help ?????????? I cant stand this anymore.
