If the contract was concluded with a term of 24 months, you cannot extend it yet. Order the smartphone individually.
You can extend your contract and choose a corresponding smartphone, then there will be a hardware discount on the tariff. You could also order a smartphone separately, but there is no discount.
It haven't been a month since I got the contract, Am I still able to get the phone now. And could you please tell me how to to extend the contract

As your contract is brand new, you can't extend it yet, but you can order an o2 my Handy device individually online from us at any time.
