Waiting on sim card delivery

Hi,

I am waiting for delivery of the a sim card ordered online on 9/20. I have been unable to receive any updates, appreciate any updates you are able to provide.

You have ordered the sim card online and wait until it arrives, if you have ordered on 20.9 it takes about 3 to 4 days for you to receive it.

Thanks for checking. Unfortunately, I haven’t received my sim card yet.

Any chance you happen to have the instructions to get the tracking information? Or even if I can pick it up from the O2 store, that will be helpful.
