Voicemail Hints

I recently switched to IPhone and converted my physical SIM card to a e-Sim. I constantly see a voicemail hint on my phone icon although there is no voicemail. How can change it? 
I would like to request a help in this matter.

Lösung von Bumer

There's no universal solution. Try having customer service deactivate and then reactivate your voicemail. Sometimes that helps.

For me the solution was an iOS Update, but like Bumer wrote it can have different causes. Did a restart of the phone maybe help?
