Hello,

I bought prepaid O2 /999gb all flat from Heidelberg but mobil internet speed is very slow ( about 1 Mb/s). I tried different methods but The problem is going on. How can i do? 

Please help me urgently

Do you still have the problems with your nur network connections?
Which tarifplan and hardware are you using?
