I want to have another copy of my contract details. Is it possible to get it again? Or no one can help me?

Hello @Kittt ,

you should be able to find all of this in your mein o2 portal. We can also send them out again by email if necessary. Do you need them for a specific contract or all of them?

      I need them for a refund at work. My company is asking for the copy of my contract details. It was not sent to me in my email.

        I already made changes. If this helps. So that means I have to call for customer service again? I just need my contract documents. I am tired.

        Hey @Kittt,

        Did you make the changes to your address before or after you ordered the documents? If you made them after, it is of course possible that they were sent to the wrong address.
