Dear o2 Team,
I am Abu Faizan. My o2 number is 017**** & 017****. I'm an o2 customer since 2019. In September 2019 I bought iPhone 11 from o2. They gave me 2 sims with 10 GB each with a contract of 2 years till August 2021. So, on the last week of February 2021 I had a call from o2 they told me your offer is going to be expair and they extend my contract for two years more that is till March 2023. And I have to pay around 90 euros including my phone installatment every month. I have terminated one of my sim but they told me my sim will terminate on March 2023 because i have a contract with o2 till march 2023.
I went to the o2 shop in Münchner Freiheit 7, 80802 München. The guy who did this contract told me it will be cancel within 2 weeks and you will get back to your old contact that is till August 2021.
But it’s been more than 4 weeks. And my was self renewed. I can’t afford this. Please kindly help me to resolve this issue. I want to cancel my new contract.
