Verification of new Prepaid Card

Hi , I just brought new Sim card and after completion all instructions for online video verification, I connected with german speaking person unfortunately for both of us it was difficult to understand.  I want support in English language call, IIs there any way, could you please support me to activate my Sim card as soon as possible. Thanks

    Is this a prepaid card? You can also identify yourself using a Post Ident coupon.
