Hello! I have a prepaid O2 SIM card that works where I am staying in Germany. Soon, I will go to other EU countries, like Belgium and France. Will my O2 card service work in those places, especially the cellular data? When I visited the Netherlands, my card and Internet service did not work, so I couldn’t use any data.

Like MXP_Alex already mentioned it should be possible to use your tariff in the EU.
Did you get an sms when you arrived in the netherlands?
And did you turn on Data Roaming?
Which tariff do you use?

Actually, you should be able to use your tariff in other EEA countries like in Germany with no additional fees. Did you turn on Data Roaming?
