Hi, next week i will travel to Luxembourg, Italy, and Prague, as well as several German cities. I already have a German number O2 SIM card that I’ve been using. However, whenever i travel outside of Berlin (Bremen and Prague), I can’t go online.
How can I set my O2 card to be able to go online when I’m outside of Berlin.

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found your way to us. :-)
I just checked it for you once. There are currently no locks on your SIM card and everything is unlocked for foreign countries from our side.
If it doesn't work abroad, first try switching the phone off and on again completely (really completely off and on again).
Make sure that data roaming is on and that the word Internet is entered as APN (Access Point Name). Also deactivate LTE once in a while, as it can happen abroad that the roaming partners do not offer LTE.
You can also do a manual network search once and test several providers.
Where in Bremen did you have a poor signal? The 2G and 4G network is very well developed there.
