USA apple watch in Germany

Hi,

I am not able to add a cellular plan in apple watch series 5 which was bought from USA and paired to an iPhone 12 pro max with O2 postpaid in Germany. I have read somewhere that it is not possible. Is it so or do we have any solution for this?

The US Version is supporting different LTE frequency’s. So it is right, an US Apple Watch will not work outside US, the .de provider are not supported.

U have to order an e-sim profile 4 the watch.

Tried the same but when it reaches the configuration part it will tell o2-de is not supported in this region :(

I'm sorry you can't use the watch with an eSIM. I hope it is okay for you if you use it in connection with your smartphone.

Hi @schluej , Thanks for the reply, yes as you said its not possible use it with e-Sim. @o2_Ines Thanks, I will be here in Germany for few months. So for the time being, I may have to use it along with the phone.
