Hello, my two-year O2 contract ended in October. I initiated the cancellation on November 11, 2023, and received a confirmation. However, I was still charged for the next month, even though I'm not using the number. I've tried contacting customer service without success. Could you provide a contact email or phone number, preferably for international use, to clarify when my O2 mobile service will be officially canceled? My phone number is +49-XXXXXX.

I was happy to take a look at your case. We received your cancellation on November 11th, 2023, your contract was terminated in due time a month later. The fees will still be charged up to this date, even if you have no longer used the SIM card.

Hello Giulia, I would like to know until when am I going to be charged? For example, am I going to be billed next month?
