Hi,

This August I went Frankfurt Zeil Saturn Shop and O2 colleagues offered me a deal, I accepted (kombi vorteil). Later on, since I was misinformed regarding Kombivorteil wanted to cancel it. After long discussions and 5 times going to the same shop, they/we agreed to cancel my contract as the best solution.

By Frankfurt Zeil Saturn O2 I was told to deliver back my SIM CARD + My 100€ Bonus Check and the Copy of my O2 contract (only one), and I did. I received no document and confirmation (only verbal confirmation).
I was told that it would take up to 2 weeks to fully cancel. Today was the 17th day, and I have not received any confirmation e-mail from O2, on the contrary, today I received a newly assigned phone number for my sim card (which I gave back for cancellation). I cannot reach Saturn O2 since I am also on vacation for 3 weeks.

Briefly,
My contract was supposed to be canceled,
I have no more SIM Card, Bonus Check, or Contract Copy
No proof of cancellation 
The phone number assigned to the sim card that I delivered

 

If needed from a private channel I can provide SIM Card number (which I gave back) and assigned new number

 

I wanted to cancel my contract due to Kombi Vorteil, most probably I will extend my current contract anyhow but since this new contract has not been canceled officially (not confirmed)  I cannot proceed and have two active sim cards.

This occasion caused me 5 times of going the shop cost me a huge time. Already discussed this with my lawyer (rechtschutz) on the phone and as the next step, we are ready to take legal action if it is not going to be solved soon.

If you have concluded a contract with a shop or a retailer, the latter alone is responsible for a revocation or cancellation. We are not allowed to process this here.
I currently see a cancellation request that was allowed today. The retailer has been informed, but it may take a while. Does that help you for now?
