I arrived in Germany in September and got myself an O2 SIM card, which I used to register with banks and other places. Subsequently, I visited an O2 store in Ilmenau and applied for an Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max with a contract, specifically the O2 Mobile M partner card with 25 GB+ data. However, I received an email later, stating that my iPhone request was denied.

My initial intention was to keep my existing number while transitioning to a contract. Unfortunately, O2 provided me with a new SIM card and number instead. I am now looking for guidance on how to cancel this contract. What steps should I take?

Welcome to the o2 community. 💙 Thank you for contacting us in this way.🙂 If I have understood you correctly, you have concluded the contract via one of our o2 shops. In this case, you have to contact the o2 shop directly and clarify the issue on site. Have you already contacted your colleagues?🤔
