Hello. I noticed an unwanted subscription 'O2 Unlimited Games Premium' on my account, which I never purchased or authorized. Could a moderator please cancel this service and issue a full refund for this charge? Thank you.

I’ve cancelled the subscription for you and refunded the amounts.
If you no longer wish to use any of these services, you can block them via the third-party settings.

However, this will also block your Music subscription.
