Unlock Huawei 3G stick

Hey,

I have a Huawei O2 stick since 2015. Can it be unlocked? I’ve seen people were requesting this and getting it unlocked by a support operator in this community.

I have a Huawei O2 stick since 2015. Can I unlock it? I don’t see the option to send a@o2_Vivian  or @o2_support.
