I had ordered and the related amount debited from my bank account for the handy with order number XXXXXXXXXX but still it has been more than 14days I have not received it. I had received a sim card but still no handy. Pleae urgently check and send me it.

Was für ein Handy hast du bestellt? Lieferzeit? Was sagt dein Bestellstatus?
iphone 14 pro max you should already be able to check the item already with my given order number. The status says nothing, it is ‘we will inform you when your package is shipped’. And it has been 14 days since i gave the order. Could you please check the status of it?
i have not received any information regarding to this issue yet.
