Unable to login to Mein o2 app

Hi,

 

I would like to access the My o2 app in order to view my bills, however, I am unable to login. Everytime, the app shows the error “Da hat etwas nicht geklappt”. How do I circumvent this?

Are you already registered with your phone number for my o2? Are you logging into the app with your phone number as your username? Does logging in to the customer portal work?

Hi, when I try to use my phone number to login, it does not work. When I try to login to the my o2 website using my email, it just redirects me to the community website.
