Unable to deactivate voicemail on esim

I can't deactivate my voicemail; I've already tried ##002# and 333, and I've also restarted my iphone. What should I do?

Ist anscheinend ein Fehler. Du bist aktuell nicht er erste. Musst abwarten bis die Fachabteilung es gelöst hat

Disable Live Voicemail in the settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Phone, navigate to Live Voicemail, and turn it off.
