Unable to confirm my email address

Dear Customer Service,

I am contacting you because I am unable to confirm my email address in the Mein 02 service area. I received the following message: "Leider haben Sie Ihre E-Mail Adresse noch nicht bestätigt. Wir empfehlen Ihnen dringend, Ihre aktuelle E-Mail Adresse in Ihren Kontaktdaten im Servicebereich Mein 02 zu bestätigen. Damit stellen Sie sicher, dass vertrauliche Informationen Sie schnell und ressourcenschonend erreichen."

However, I am currently receiving emails from 02 without any issue, which makes me unsure about what exactly still needs to be confirmed. I do not know how to complete the email verification process. I have not received any confirmation email, or I may have missed the necessary steps.

Could you please assist me in confirming my email address or resend the verification link?

To confirm your email address, you must have registered your phone number when the contract is active; otherwise, it won't work.
Just so you know, so you don't have to do everything twice:

Great that you're contacting us because you want to confirm your email address with us.

Once you have received your eSIM, you can register for the customer portal and then verify your email address. Until then, we will continue to send you all relevant contract information, so don't worry.
