Hallo.. 

I moved to a new Wohnung during lockdown and was unfortunately not able to transfer the address for my DSL.. i am not actually sure of the process. I was trying to call the hotline number but could not talk to personally to someone who could help neither an email address atleast.. 

could anybody help?

you can set up the transfer in “Mein o2”.

Just follow that link:

https://www.o2online.de/edsl/move/address/

The main site for that is here:

https://www.o2online.de/service/internet-umzug/

It´s in german, I´m afraid, but I hope you can make it work (maybe with translate?).
