My current S option has run out of data so I thought of buying a new plan. And I found the option with same name (optionS) but double data, and I bought it. Then I found out my old plan has been deactivated until certain date. Does it mean I will be charged for the old plan’s renewal after that date again? How could I cancel my old plan?

the old Option will be deactivated on the 5th of January 23, so no renewal is set for that specific pack. With the order of the 7 GB Pack, the date of renewal also shifted a bit. The 7 GB will be available for 3 periods, 12 weeks to be exact. After that, the pack will return to the standard volume of 3,5 GB per period.
