its a mobile contract, it was made on a store, here in Rottenburg am Neckar, i need a new handy because mine has a faulty batterie, doesnt last a day.

You can always buy a phone as it is a separate contract. For a discount it has to be purchased at the same time as the tarrif, however.

The question is: is it possible to buy a new phone on sale like we see online, pay an amount for month including the communications, and ending the contract i did.

You can buy a phone separately and pay for it in monthly installments but you will not be able to cancel the existing tarrif because you concluded the contract in a shop where the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply.

Basically, our o2 My Handy contracts are separate purchase contracts that run independently of the mobile phone contract.
